At Renos Company Day in Thyregod on 29 August, the entire company gathered for collegial socialising, sharing experiences and reconnecting with colleagues across business areas, departments and geographical locations.

One of the day's great highlights was meeting our new General Manager Gerald Markl from Austria, who officially stepped into the role on 1 July and now took the opportunity to greet all colleagues in person and bring the entire company together for a joint get-together. An event which, in addition to a professional programme with forward-looking sessions and workshops, allowed plenty of time for unformal fun activities, photo shoots and the visit of a classic Danish hot dog stand that added flavour to the atmosphere.

After breakfast and the first chatting among colleagues, Gerald kicked off with a welcome speech and a personal introduction that gave us a glimpse of the person behind the title. At the same time, we gained insight into his new everyday life in Denmark and his initial thoughts about the future - a future in which he made it clear that we will shape and grow Reno together!

At Reno, there is a spirit of cooperation and a strong drive to make a difference for our customers, and this should be used to further develop a workplace where job satisfaction, growth and professional development go hand in hand, and where customers continue to feel that we are creating value and growth together. 

The customer in the center of all actions

During the day's workshops, it became clear that we have a huge potential when we share the extensive knowledge and information that Reno possesses and actively use it to understand and meet our customers' needs.

The focus quickly turned to knowledge sharing, transparency and utilising our shared resources and expertise for thereby - with our customers being the centre of all our actions - to strengthen communication and engagement - both internally between teams and departments - and externally across our growing network of customers, partners and distributors in Scandinavia and internationally.
