About the job

As Business Line Manager for CTS it is your mission to develop and implement the Aftermarket Business Plan and further grow the aftermarket business. You ensure that our customers are more than satisfied with our service and keep a close follow up on the NPS score, and your efforts ensure that RENO is recognized as the best qualified supplier in servicing compressors. 

Further tasks will be: 

  • Responsible for P&L, balance sheet of CTS division 

  • Achieve results as per objectives agreed with the General Manager and the CTS division 

  • Leading the sales, support and the technical team 

Your success will be defined by delivering strong, double-digit growth as priority one and to succeed in this role you must believe in and promote this attitude at all times. 

On the sales and marketing side you will execute and implement sales and marketing strategies with regards to all service products. 
You actively manage the business by close analysis of parameters such as Market penetration, Key accounts Management, Territory management, Segment Management and entering into competitor’s service for improving the customer share. 

Another focus area is to manage the development of the dealer network for CTS business, creating a strong structure and competence for sales and service operations of dealers. 

You lead the support team (4 service planners and 17 service technicians) to provide best support to direct customers, technicians and distributors, and develop the culture of maintenance, ensuring that distributors have right competence to service our equipment.

 

About you

You are a result-oriented and experienced professional with proven track record in service business and operations. You have an excellent understanding of the CTS business and finance, its challenges, goals and trends. You have proved very successful in people management and possess great leadership skills, and your customer focus is more than strong. 

Furthermore, your ability to problem solve and provide strong technical and commercial solutions is through the roof. A perquisite for this position is English at business level and good planning, organizational and communication skills 

You are a structured individual who has a strong planning, organizing and reporting ability and a strong sense of urgency.
