In a split role between Atlas Copco’s two entities within Denmark, we are looking for a 1-year temporary cover. Your primary work location can be either Egå outside Århus, or Albertslund outside Copenhagen. You will have colleagues both places and will also have to visit our production facility in Thyregod on a monthly basis. You will be part of two management teams and have the managerial responsibility of the HR Student Assistant, who sits in our Egå office 12 hours per week.

Daily tasks in the role consist of daily support to the management teams in both entities, and colleagues across the different units. Advise on legal matters – experience within union agreements is a plus. Be responsible for the yearly HR processes in the Spring, like salary review. Assist and support managers in yearly Performance & Development dialogues. Support in various topics such as collaboration, diversity, well-being, sick-leave related cases etc.

We imagine that you have a relevant educational background in either HR, communication, education science or similar. You should have minimum 3 years of experience or more from an HR role. Perhaps as an HR Consultant or HR Partner. We expect that you have international experience, either from working in an international company, or living abroad for 6 months or more.

As a person it is important you work and think independently and that you have a curious approach to the various tasks. To manage the variety of tasks it requires structure, openness and a willingness to find pragmatic solutions.

Despite the fact that most of your closest colleagues speak Danish, fluency in Danish and English is a requirement for the role. Good knowledge of the Office tools and previous experience working in various systems is an advantage.
